The Appeal within Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity
The REACH Leukaemia Appeal falls under the umbrella of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity - GOSHCC.
While the primary aims of GOSHCC are contributing to the rebuilding and refurbishment of two thirds of the hospital and the Institute of Child Health, funding the most up-to-date equipment, supporting research into and development of new and better treatments and providing accommodation and other support services for families and staff (Great Ormond Street Hospital puts up 1000 parents a week), the REACH Leukaemia Appeal is able to concentrate exclusively on supporting the work into infant and childhood leukaemia that takes place at the joint institutes.
